Returns Policy

Have a QC product you need to return? At QC Construction Products, our customer service representatives work hard to help you choose the product that will be right for your project, but sometimes needs do change. That's why we will accept returns under the following conditions:

• Request for returns must be made prior to 60 days from date of order.
  
  
• QC can ONLY accept returned material that has not been opened and is in good, resaleable condition.
  
  
• A 25% restocking charge will apply to all returned material.
  
  
• Due to cost of repackaging, a 40% restocking chage will apply to all returns of standard QC COLORTECH-E and custom packaging of QC COLORTECH.
  
  
• All returns must arrive freight prepaid by customer or material will not be accepted.
  
  
• All returns must be authorized prior top acceptance.
  
  
• Custom colors cannot be returned--no exceptions.
